Verse 1 All is well with my soul today, All is well;
Far from Jesus I would not stray, All is well.
Christ, the Saviour, has let me in,
And cleansed me from all the stains of sin,
In a new life I now begin,
And all is well.

Verse 2 As I come to His throne of grace, All is well;
While I toil in life's weary race, All is well.
Tho' the trials upon me frown,
And all the fruits of my work cast down,
Yet I struggle to win the crown,
And all is well.

Verse 3 May I sing as I onward go, All is well;
In the pow'r of His word I know All is well.
Dark may be all the shades of night,
And stars of hope fail to give their light,
Words of Jesus are ever bright,
And all is well.
